How soon can I be seen?
Someone from our team gets back to you the same day in most cases, and always within one business day. Once your intake forms are complete, you are seen in under a week.
Do you take insurance?
Yes. We are in-network with most major plans, including Medicaid. We confirm your benefits before your first session, so you know your copay in advance. See accepted plans.
How long will it take to find out my insurance eligibility?
On many networks we can confirm live on the phone. Call us at (718) 208-4780. Medicaid clients are covered 100% with a $0 deductible.
Can I choose my therapist?
Yes. Request a specific therapist from our team page, or complete an intake and we will match you with the therapist whose training fits what you need.
What if my therapist is not a good fit?
Tell us. We will rematch you with another therapist on our team. You do not have to start the intake process over.
Do you provide teletherapy (remote)?
Yes. Secure video sessions are available anywhere in New York State.

1398 Carroll St in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. Take the 3 train to Kingston Ave. Directions and parking.
How long is a session?
Individual sessions are 45 to 50 minutes. Couples and family sessions can run longer when needed.
Is what I share confidential?
Yes. Sessions are confidential. Your therapist reviews the standard safety exceptions with you at your first session.
