My experience in mental health has taught me that each individual brings a unique gift of knowledge, and I learn the most through our collaborative work.

I take a strengths-based approach to therapy, emphasizing the inherent resilience and potential within each person. Together, we will build your toolbox with skills from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based practices. My goal is to empower you to tap into your own strengths and develop the tools you need to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and self-compassion.

I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the Wurzweiler School of Social Work, with specialized training in trauma-informed care, addiction recovery, and reproductive health. With experience in treatment centers at various levels of care, I am well-equipped to address substance use challenges and mental health diagnoses.

Additionally, I am deeply committed to supporting women and couples through the reproductive journey, and I have pursued advanced training in infertility, reproductive decisions, and perinatal mental health.

I believe in creating a space where you take the lead in your mental health journey. Together, we will identify your goals and work with a treatment model that integrates education, resources, and strategies to empower your growth.

Whether you are navigating trauma, reproductive health challenges, or relationship dynamics, I am here to support you every step of the way.
