I've always been awed by the human mind and heart. My desire to help people feel less alone in their experiences and less held back by them, and to develop greater understanding and compassion for themselves, has drawn me to this field. I believe that when we have the space to feel understood and seen, experiences rooted in shame or pain can begin to transform into opportunities for growth and strength.

I've had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and walks of life. I hope to offer a space where you can come as you are, feel comfortable being yourself, and know that your experiences will be met with curiosity and respect.

My approach is rooted in the belief that we are all human, just figuring out this life together. We'll explore your unique story, make sense of patterns that may be showing up in your life and relationships, and develop insights and tools that support your goals and well-being.

My work is grounded in psychodynamic and humanistic principles, with an appreciation for how our internal experiences and past relationships shape the ways we navigate the world today. As a trauma-informed therapist, I integrate somatic interventions, EMDR, IFS and parts work, inner child work, and DBT skills to support emotional awareness, regulation, and healing.

I look forward to the privilege of getting to know you and supporting you in this process. Please feel welcome to reach out :)
